1. Appointments and Cancellations

Bookings: Appointments can be scheduled over the phone or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellations and No-Shows:
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance, No-shows appointments will incur a cancellation fee of $30 for all bookings, except full body laser appointments $60 fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying
subsequent appointments or canceled, while the fee will still apply.

2. Payments and Refunds

We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash.
All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment.
Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Lunar Light Laser Spa treatments, including laser and facial services, are for aesthetic
purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
Client Responsibility:
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent treatments that may affect the procedure.
- Failure to provide accurate information may impact your treatment results or
  safety.
Results vary by individual and depend on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to pre/post-care instructions.

4. Liability Limitation

While we take every precaution to ensure client safety and satisfaction, Lunar Light Laser Spa
cannot guarantee specific results. By undergoing treatments, you:

Acknowledge that adverse reactions may occur despite following all safety protocols.
Agree that Lunar Light Laser Spa and its staff shall not be held liable for any unexpected
outcomes, injuries, or reactions.

5. Client Responsibilities

Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided.
Arrive for treatments with clean skin (free of makeup, lotions, or products unless
otherwise instructed).
Inform the spa of any changes to your health condition between treatments.

6. Privacy Policy

Y our privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during booking or treatments is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
